Magnificent 12th century Monastery on 40 ha AOC COTES DU RHONE

Vinea Transaction, a real platform for the transaction of vineyard properties in Europe, follows the market trend and internationalizes

This property of approximately 40 ha, which dates back to the XIIth century, is found in an urban environment only 10 mn from the motorway exits, 15 mn from Avignon and its TGV train station. The Marseille international airport is also easy to reach and found only 30 mn from the vineyard.

The 40 ha property has a 15 ha vineyard of which 10 ha of AOC Côtes du Rhône and 3 ha of AOC Côtes du Rhône Villages.

The monastery, built on a rocky hillock overlooking the valley, sits in the heart of its 3 ha of gardens most of which are landscaped. Access is made via the fortified walls of the ancient monastery which dates from the XIIth century. The set of buildings offer a constructed area of 1000 m² and boasts a private swimming pool.
