Day 1: Arrival at the airport, transfer to the Hotel, presentation of our program of harvesting and tasting. In the afternoon a tour to Conversano with its narrow streets. The diner we will take in a trattoria.

Day 2: At the first sunrise we will go off towards "vineyard ", with active participation in the grape harvest, followed by lunch "al sacco" . In the afternoon we come back to the Hotel, where diner is served in a trattoria. Strengthened in the evening we will make do a stroll to Polignano a mare.

Day 3: we spend the morning at the sea and you enjoy a aperitif, in the afternoon a visit to a winery and tasting. The diner we take off in one Masseria and then return to the Hotel.

Day 4: After breakfast we continue towards Valle d'Itria, with a sightseeing Tour of Fasano, here they can now going to shopping. In the afternoon. a "caseificio" then we will visit a diary with tasting of the various products. Then it goes in direction Monopoli at the beach promenade and a visit in the old town.

Day 5: Breakfast and drive to Alberobello with a stroll through the lanes and time at your leisure. In the afternoon, visit for a Bio Farm and drive to Cisterninio where you can go exploring the old town and we take a typical diner in a "braceria". In the evening we be end in a lounge bar and then go back to the Hotel.

Day 6: We are moving up direction Bari, where there is time enough for an shopping tour, here are been finished the interesting 6 days with us and we heard towards the airport of Bari.
