our farm is a a very remote part of Tuscany, in the region of Volterra, that has been re discovered just now, and very close to the beatiful
coast of Cecina, San Vincenzo, Donoratico.

Our farm has been a 50 years long farming tradition, growing olive trees, grapes and cereals, and we know very well the surrounding area and most of the farmers that are living here. we propose our cooking lessons, traditional cookery and mor innovative, with our own and local fresch production, and tasting wine and olive oil ( I am a sommelier and my husband is the vineyard manager and an olive oil "nose").

we have a small vineyard of Sangiovese and Canajolo located in a fascinating spot of Tuscany, I like to promenade there with my guset, discovering qualities and histories of wine, expecially of sangiovese. we have also a rose garden and we produce rose jelly, excellent with our taditional sheep cheeses.
