The tutors will organise projects designed to teach key aspects of painting and drawing on each day, however the size of the group ensures that individual tuition can be given to each student according to their needs. Christmas is always a lovely time and it is good to get away to the country for a breath of fresh air. We decorate the house and have a Christmas tree in the living room and cook a real English Christmas dinner with our own ‘happy’ hens and geese. Les Trois Chênes is an old stone farmhouse situated deep in the French countryside within the beautiful Limousin National Park.

We have four quiet, well-appointed guest rooms each with a private bathroom with bath and/or shower and wc. Hair-dryers and tea-making facilities are provided. There are lawns, flower gardens, BBQ and a play area. We have private, enclosed parking.
Nearby Activities
We are only 5 minutes drive from a swimming lake with restaurants, boating, and children’s play amenities. The mediaeval town of Rochechouart and its magnificent Chateau, now a centre for modern art, is just 10 minutes away. Cycling, golf, horse riding and boating are all close by.
