The ‘Village House’ is Lord Morton’s main residence. Formally the village bakery, it has been developed in to a beautiful 3 bedroom property. A blend of traditional and contemporary styles, it is built over 3 floors.

On the ground floor you have the open plan kitchen, dining and sitting room. Retaining its rustic charm, the stone flooring dates back over 2000 years. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas cooker, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer.

The dining area seats 6 people comfortably on leather back chairs around a dark polished wooden table. For those wishing to either retreat from the summer heat or snuggle around the log burner the period furniture in the sitting area make this a very relaxing floor.

The first floor consists of 3 double bedrooms and the shared bathroom. Each of the bedrooms has been individually styled and themed:‘The Oriental Room’, ‘The Feather & Fur Room’ and ‘The Pine Room’. ‘The Oriental Room’ also has a day bed which can be used for either an extra child or to make the room a twin option.

The bathroom has been lined with wood paneling and has a deep bath and shower.

Moving up to the second floor we find aspacious and light modern living area. ‘The Studio’ has 3 leather sofas, a 42” flat screen television, satelite, music system, dvd player and a ‘Smeg’ fridge to keep all of your cold refreshing drinks in!

From here you can walk out on to the ‘Roof Terrace’ which gives you stunning views straight down the Pyrennees. The terrace also benefits from not being overlooked by any other property, giving you unrivalled privacy.

The ’Village House’ sleeps up to
6 Adults and 1 Child in 3 Double Bedrooms

The ‘Library House’ was formerly the barn which serviced the main house. It has been converted in to a modern, contemporary living space with 3 bedrooms and open plan living area. So called due to the 1000+ books that now feature around the building! Feel free to read, swap or leave any books during your stay!

The house is split over two floors. On the first floor you will find a modern open plan kitchen, living and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker, microwave, fridge and work space. Theliving area has a stunning 6’ Replica of a Picasso, painted by the former owner of the house who is a local artisan artist.

There is also a 32” flat screen television, satellite, DVD player and music system. The dining area seats 8 people comfortably around a modern white table. Access to the patio garden is though the french doors and down the staircase.
Thesecond floor has 3 bedrooms and ashower room. The master bedroom has a 4 poster bed and is en-suite. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has 2 single beds. There is also a shower room on this floor.

The ’Library House’ sleeps up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms: 2 Doubles & 1 Twin Room
The ‘Garden Apartment’ was formerly the wood store for the main house. It has been converted in to a delightful 1 bedroom apartment. It consists of a bedroom, shower room, living area, dining space and fully equipped kitchen. It also benefits from direct access to the patio garden.

The bedroom has a double bed with bed side cabinets and wardrobe. The shower room and toilet are opposite the bedroom. The kitchen has a cooker, microwave, fridge and workspace. There is a dining table which can seat up to 4 people.

The living area has a corner sofa unit that can also be used as a fold down double bed. There is a 19” flat screen television, satellite, dvd player and music system.

The ‘Garden Apartment’ is ideal for singles, couples or families looking for a base to tour the stunning Languedoc Region.
