The programme consists of asana practice, pranayama, meditation, discourses on Yoga by the teacher Els van Driel.

Yoga sessions are held on the premises and on the lawn with amazing views at Casa Rosa Branca
in the mountains of Monchique and on the beaches of the South Coast of the Algarve. Apart from teachings and practising of yoga in the morning we offer hikes and different consultations and massage in the afernoon.
Yoga is not a religion. Yoga is the communion of the individual soul with his/her soul or God. Yoga literally means "Union"- it is the union of breath to the body, of the mind to the muscles, and most importantly of the self to the divine. Yoga, the ancient Indian discipline is highly relevant in the modern day context.
